Hello all and welcome to my first blog post in collaboration with the marvellous Red Carpet FX!
With August hosting what would have been Manchester Pride (cheers, covid 🙄), I wanted to create a fun and relatively simple rainbow makeup to celebrate! 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
Check out the step by step process below to see how I created this look 👇🏼
1. I started by blocking out my brows with Kryolan Eyebrow Plastic. I then covered them with Kryolan Ultra Foundation and setting with a translucent powder. I also popped on foundation and concealer to even out my complexion.

2. Next I used the LaRoc Pro Chocolate Box Eyeshadow Palette for blush and highlight (shades "Toasted" & "Bittersweet"); while using a soft brown make-up pencil to add freckles.

3. I then used the Diamond FX Flabbergasted Split Cake to add a rainbow stripe from the top of the eyelid, over the brows to the hair line, using a wide flat brush. Products used in this step: - Diamond FX Split Cake One-stroke - Flabbergasted - WRATH Mixing Liquid (optional) |

4. After that I created a black smokey eye using a black gel liner paired with "Choc Chip" & "Creamy" from the Chocolate Box Palette I used earlier. Fading up into the rainbow paint. Products used in this step: |

5. I then added Smiffy's Self-adhesive Clear Gems to the rainbow paint. Products used in this step: - Smiffys Make-up FX Clear Face Gems - Kryolan Mastix Spirit Gum (optional) |

6. To finish, I used the same rainbow technique down the bottom lip and neck (with gems!) And accentuated my lips with a black matte lipstick. Products used in this step: - Diamond FX Split Cake One-stroke - Flabbergasted |
