We take pride in offering outstanding customer service and all enquiries will be handled with urgency and care. If you have placed your order before 3pm Monday - Friday, it will be dispatched the very same day (unless it is a public holiday or bank holiday). Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Of course! If you have placed an order with us and do not know how to correctly use the product you have received, you can contact us for expert advice.

Not a problem! Just visit our returns info page and then contact us to arrange your return.

If your order has not been dispatched, we will most likely be able to cancel your order (unless it has already begun the dispatch process). Just contact us as soon as possible in order to ensure successful cancellation.

If your order has already dispatched, contact our customer service team to arrange for your order to be returned.

In certain circumstances, yes you can. But in order to add to your order, an additional order must be placed shortly after your first order (if a weekday) - making sure it is before the 3pm daily cut-off or anytime on weekends when your order will not have been dispatched.

Once you have placed your additional order, contact our customer service team and request that both orders be combined and a refund for the additional delivery charge will be issued.

Unfortunately we are unable to directly edit your order and charge. (Our system is restricted to prevent this due to our strict security protocols).
