Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation Of An Order Prior To Despatch:

To cancel an order prior to dispatch you must contact us immediately and any payment taken by debit/credit card will be refunded.

Cancellation Of An Order After Despatch:

You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving goods this being the day you signed for the goods. The goods may be returned to us in a unused state and still in sealed or unopened packaging. (Resale-able condition.)

General Returns Policy:


Any goods purchased from the Red Carpet FX online store can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days from delivery of goods to you (i.e.this being the day you signed and received the goods). All goods returned to us for exchange or refund must be unused, unworn and complete in its original packaging (you cannot damage the packaging) with all labels, plastic wrap, seals and tags intact. Please note that any goods returned to us that have anything missing or are damaged in any way then a refund will not be given.

To return goods to us you must contact us first. You will also need order numbers and delivery details which will be found on your invoice. (Failure to contact us before returning the item may cause a significant delay in the return or the possibility of not being able to complete the return) Please complete the returns form and include it in the returns package. When returning goods to us; if the order is of high value we strongly recommend that you choose a method of postage that requires a signature/proof of postage. The goods are your sole responsibility until they are received by us and must be returned to us in the same condition they were prior to despatch. Please note that all packaging and postage costs for sending and returning goods remain your responsibility and under no circumstances will these costs be reimburst to you unless this was agreed in writing by Red Carpet and this will only be agreed in the most extreme circumstances.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible after the goods have been received by us and we endeavour to refund within 7 calender days from receipt of the goods by us. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any interest payments incurred if refund takes place beyond your credit/debit card payment date. Refund processing time by our payment gateways & your bank are not included in the refund time estimate.

Returns Faulty Goods:

All of our goods are thoroughly checked and cross checked for faults prior to despatch to make sure that they are in good working order, the right colour, quantity and description to avoid dissapointment on delivery. All Packaging is carefully selected to ensure that your goods reach you in good condition.

If you receive a package that is damaged you must contact us immediately and we will contact the carriers as this could be due to mishandling in transit.

Please contact us as soon as possible via email stating the reason of the fault.

When returning goods back to us that are faulty, the mode of return will be agreed when contacting us before you send the goods.

If you have to return goods because they are faulty we will offer you a full refund or exchange.
