COVID-19 & Service Updates

We are currently dispatching all orders on-time; however, there are currently a few changes to our services and possible delays.
- All online orders are currently being dispatched on-time.
- Deliveries via Royal Mail are experiencing moderate delays, please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive or opt for a faster service.
- Deliveries via DPD are currently suffering from minor delays due to restrictions.
- All orders to Europe, including the Republic of Ireland are currently suspended via DPD due to issues relating to customs clearance and Brexit. Orders will be dispatched as soon as DPD has resolved these issues.
- Our Leeds Showroom is currently closed to the public. We are also currently not offering click and collect.
- All customer service enquiries are currently being handled via email or Facebook Messenger. We are experiencing higher than normal customer enquiries, so please allow a little extra time for a response.
